If you want custody of your grandson, you’ll need to file a guardianship action. Hiring an attorney would be wise.
Is the court system able to randomly put you in scf program. Do a revocation but not even tell you that's what the court was for

She needs to be 18 or have her parents’ permission to move out of the house.

I would certainly be upset if my 5 year old let someone she didn’t know into my house. Yes. You should talk to her about what happened.

Any time spent on probation out of custody does not count towards any time that you have to serve in custody. Thus, if you have a 2 year prison...
