Laura Ruth Kilian Luetje

I used Laura for the first part of my divorce. Her communication skills were horrible. She would ignore questions I repeatedly asked. There were several times I didn’t know what documents were submitted for court, because Laura would say to “just sign it” because there was a deadline soon, and she w...ould fix it later. Several times, my ex knew information about my children’s visits days before I did. Laura also refused to ask for anything I wanted in the decree, stating it was “impossible”. After being so dissatisfied with Laura's ability, I hired a different attorney who ended up getting me everything I had asked for from the beginning. After escaping a DV situation, working with Laura I felt like I was back with my abuser because of her victim blaming mentality, her disregard for any of my concerns or requests, and her overall demeanor.

I have used three Lawers in my life for different issues. Ms. Luetje was by far the best Lawer I have ever hired. She is very professional as well as very ethical. She is ALWAYS on top of what is going on in the case and what needs to be done. She always keeps me informed of what is going on in my... case. If I have any questions she answers right away, I don't think she has ever taken longer than 5 hrs to answer my e.mail. She tells me every option we have and then asks what I would like to do. She tells me the Pros and Cons for each option so I can make a very informed decision. I wouldn't use any other Lawyer. She also told us financially which would be the best way to go. There seem to be no surprises working with her other than the fact That I feel more relaxed about my case due to her expertise. I can't really say enough about how great she and her work is. I very highly recommend her!!
