Uninformed, inexperience and is not customer driven.
I retained her for my divorce. She knew nothing about my case and refused to educated herself on it. She has cost me thousands because of inexperience. Very knowledgeable, responsive and caring for her clients.
I was provided VIP treatment. After hour and weekend phone calls were either immediately answered or responded to in timely fashion. Was willing to work with me on payments. I learned a new motto, that I still apply in my personal life, which is "No matter what others do - Let us do the right thing"...
