If I could give zero stars I would. I can guarantee the only positive reviews are from her friends or family. Every person I've talked to that has actually hired her, has NOTHING good to say. Even other lawyers in Alpena. She needs to be disbarred!!!! I'm hiring another lawyer to take her to court, I...'d pay double just so she doesn't get away with the non sense she tries to pull!!

It was a rush to get my money telling me it was better if I filed first in my custody case, got the money asap and then nothing happened waited and asked what was going on she said she was waiting on my exs attorney to file first to "save me money" I said to just file I don't care about the money, st...ill didn't, waited and waited she said she never received anything yet when I threatened to fire her she sent me a message from the other attorney from weeks prior, waited again for almost 6 months before I finally fired her, she told me she'd have my refund and it's now been almost 4 months of ignored phone calls, ignored texts, and even showed up and "shes in court" WOULD NOT RECCOMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH HER!!

Michelle was passionately involved with me as my lawyer from the start. The first time I had a consultation with her I was immediately set at ease and trusted her. No hidden secrets. Michelle would go above and beyond the normal realm of contact for me if I needed her. I could access Michelle anytime... of the day and she would respond!! She guided and supported me through such a terrible divorce that now I consider Michelle a friend!! I trusted her with my life and I would highly recommend her to anyone. By the way my divorce took 16 months to finalize. There is still clean up from the fall out but I'm futunate to say I got everything that was important to me!!!

Michele Elowski was and continues to be a very wonderful lawyer and friend to me during the handling of my divorce case.
