Jesse is the lawyer you need! I was charged with domestic assault at the end of August 2016 and my case was dismissed almost exactly one month to the date later. Was looking at 6 months in jail after several violations on probation. I still had 20 months on probation and things were looking terrible... We decided probation was just a problem for me and it was likely I'd get in more trouble and this would go on for a long time. The game plan was to face jail t...ime in replacement for probation. A miracle truly happened; Jesse got them to ignore the violations and give me 5 days in jail with probation terminated.
