I used Jesse for a medical marijuana case. I am a licensed caregiver and due to a mistake on two of my patients applications i was arrested for being over the limit on the amount of trees i had at the moment. I am not sure if I can quite explain with words how grateful I am for this man. He has helped me find a better direction in life. By successfully figuring out a way to have justice served in a truly fair manner. From the beginning to the end I personally expected some sort of incarceration. The charg...es I was originally charged with were indeed terrifying to say the least. I had called a list of attorneys that have a good reputation locally. When I spoke with Jesse, he was confident and honest about how he wanted to help me with my case. Which is important to me and definitely showed in the long run. All the way through he managed to set things in the right direction. Not to mention dealing with me being very anxious with my worries, and probably rather annoying at one point. I was charged with two felonies, and three misdemeanors. The felonies were dismissed along with another charge. He handled the contact to victims/witnesses (serving subpoenas), prosecuting department, and judge very well. This all took 3 months. Was affordable. I was stressed out. Now I am carrying on with my life. It is such a relief to even be here able to share my experiences. Mr. Williams definitely knows what he is doing, and does a great job at it.
