I have been extremely pleased with Jesse’s representation of my adult son. My son had made poor choices and ended up with various court appointed attorneys. The attorneys would plead out his case, not to the benefit of my son, but to get it over with. The fines and court costs were adding up faste...r than he could keep up with, which in turn he would be re-arrested for not paying his fines. My son was on a downward spiral within the legal system. He was becoming a victim of the “revolving door” (more fines + unable to pay = arrest = more fines + unable to pay = arrest) justice system. Jesse was able to work with the judges: His matter-of-fact approach in pointing out the “revolving-door” my son was going through and keen negotiation skills allowed my son to work with Community Corrections to assist in paying off his fines and get his life back on track. I will also mention that, on several occasions, Jesse spent time speaking and coaching my son about his choices and exploits. He stressed that not only do his actions affect him but how it affects his family and how these actions are detrimental to his future. I feel that having an authoritative figure like Jesse speak with him one-on-one made a huge difference in my son’s attitude and behavior to this day. I am happy to say that my son has been able to find full-time employment (a miracle in this society) and was recently promoted to a management position. I cannot thank Jesse enough for all he has done for my son. I would recommend Jesse to anyone but especially to mothers/parents of children (minor or adult) in trouble.

I recommend Jesse very highly! He seems to truely care about his clients, he lost as much sleep as we did while going through this ordeal. He is not just in the business for the money. He is not afraid to speak for his client and stand up for what he believes if fair and just, even if it means possi...bly stepping on the judges toes. He represented our son in a probation violation case that appeared to be pretty futile. He never sugar coated anything. He gave us the facts and kept us informed. I was always able to get a hold of him if I had questions and he always gave us straight forward answers.Unlike our first attorney who represented our son, he never returned our calls and always skirted around the question.Our son was totally misrepresented in his original conviction. I wish we would have had Jesse from the start, maybe things would be different today. Jesse went above and beyond his job. He counseled our son, he helped get needed professional testing done on short notice and he did not judged our son due to his prior conviction. We trusted Jesse and he did not let us down. Due to Jesse's hard work and determination our son is currently going to college and in the process of getting his life back together, instead of being in prison.

On December 27th, 2013 I was arrested for delivery/manufacture/possession of controlled substance. I had given a friend whom I found out later was an informant for the JOLT narcotics team for Charlevoix county, a couple of Vicodins because she asked me for them saying she was in bad shape and her sc...ript ran out. I gave them to her, she offfered money and I refused and said what are friends for. That was in Oct, almost 3 months later the Detective and sheriffs deputy showed up at my house and arrested me. I had prior felony convictions for DUI and they wanted to nail me with habitual offender. I was in deep trouble. I cooperated with the detective and admitted I did give her a couple pills. Bad Mistake! Never ever admit when arrested. Keep your mouth shut. Had I kept quiet, Jesse would have gotten me off on Entrapment. It took nearly 5 months to get my case settled. Alan Telgenhof, PA of Charlevoix County did not want to budge from the original charge. Jesse was relentless and finally was able to work out a plea deal. Jesse and his team consisting of Sandi, were great. Jesse will not sugar coat anything. He may come off as arrogant and hard nosed but I can assure you, he will get the job done! Finally, last week, I thought for sure I was facing jail, prepared my things and affairs at home thinking I wouldn't be back for awhile. I ended up with a Felony still with the plea but I walked out of that courtroom with no probation, no jail, just minimal fines. I highly recommend Jesse for any drug case you may have. Like I said, he's professional, will not sugar coat anything but will get the job done. I was extremely proud to have Jesse standing by my side, speaking highly of me to the judge and at the same time, letting the judge know what a joke the JOLT narcotics team is and how they entrap innocent people to do things they normally wouldn't do and to have you be branded a drug dealer. It's a shame our law enforcement agencies only care about numbers and not how it affects peoples lives down the road. Jesse does not stand for that bullsh#t. He will fight, pick them apart and do his absolute best for you. Very reasonable in fees as well. Highly recommend!!!!!

just now New Between the fake strategy Jesse sold me to gain my trust, to never being on time to any of my court appearances and not even realizing the victim impact statement was submitted until the judge informed him that it was he is beyond the least professional attorney I have experienced. Go ...anywhere else other than Jesse Williams. He immoderately jumped on the prosecutors side telling me what is wrong with me and how “he could relate” all he does is work deals with the prosecutor. I accepted a plea deal once he showed me multiple times how incompetent he is. Stay away.
