Biography
I have over 24 years experience in helping clients navigate through complex divorce cases, custody cases, as well as parenting time issues and child support issues. I have taken hundreds of divorce cases to trial with highly successful results for my clients. I also assist with change of domicile motions, as well as spousal support or alimony modification motions. I also help families protect their assets from the devastating costs of nursing home care, including approval for medicaid. I assist clients in planning proactively with the appropriate estate planning, including special needs trusts, lady bird deeds, and irrevocable trusts. I represent clients in trust litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, as well as probate litigation. I became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 1994 and the State Bar of Florida in 1995.

Non-responsive, drags all legal issues out.
Not happy with how he treated me. Was mocked by opposing lawyer for incompetence. Very unhappy. I wish I had hired my opposing lawyer. This lawyer was more in my court than Sean ever was.
