The decision to file for Bankruptcy is difficult for many people. The process can be emotional and overwhelming. I started doing bankruptcy work because it feels good to help people. While I have worked in many area's of law over the past 27 years, I can honestly say that bankruptcy work is the most satisfying legal work I have done, because people are genuinely happy after they complete the process and receive their discharge. It's as if a huge weight has been lifted off their shoulders and I helped them to get that relief.
I also believe it is important that you choose an attorney with empathy and one that you like as a person. It makes things so much easier if you know that your attorney cares about you, that he or she will personally take your calls, or answer your emails, instead of treating you like just another filing. I believe in providing my clients with professional and personal service at a fair price. I worked by may through College and Law School waiting tables, cooking and tending bar. I am no different than my clients, I just happen to have a law degree and that allows me to help them get a new lease on life.

Reisinger Law firm is by far the most professional, prompt and client focused law firm I have ever encountered. Not your typical law firm focused on only on gaining the most income from their clients- a breath of fresh air in the legal world

I vetted 5 lawyers before finding Ralph. I was very nervous. Ralph treated me with respect and compassion. His knowledge and experience were evident immediately. It was a much less painful experience that I had feared. His staff is wonderful and responsive.

Mr. Reisinger is a great lawyer. He helped me ever step of the way and was always very quick with a response to the many questions I had. I had question as much as a year after filling bankruptcy and he got back to me within hours with an answer. Great lawyer and great guy.
"I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Ralph for a number of years and I cannot endorse him more highly. His knowledge of the law is exceptional and his care for his clients is outstanding. Whenever I have a client seeking advice on a bankruptcy issue, I have never hesitated in recommending Ralph to him or her. In short, Ralph is my "go to" guy on all matters of bankruptcy."
