Criminal Defense 45%

Mr. Fagan's criminal practice is split between United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan and state criminal cases in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Ottawa, Muskegon, Newaygo and outlying counties. In State courts Mr. Fagan has handled hundreds of cases, from Drunk Driving causing Death cases to serious robbery and arson cases. Vigorous pretrial discovery and determined efforts have created excellent results for my clients.

Federal Crime 25%

Federal offenses often have extremely high penalties and can result in sentences exceeding thirty years. In this complicated area of practice Mr. Fagan has obtained multiple acquittals and convictions of lesser charges.

Car Accident 10%

Although Attorney Fagan does not advertise himself as a "personal injury attorney", he has handled dozens of cases on behalf of the injured and has recovered very sizable awards for many clients. Among his many recoveries, Mr. Fagan successfully pursued a "dram shop" case where the at-fault driver had been served excessively at a bar. The at-fault driver was uninsured, but Mr. Fagan was able to establish that the bar was in fact responsible, recovering over a half-million dollar award.

DUI and DWI 10%

OUIL cases cause enormous difficulties for people who have often had no other contact with the police or the criminal justice system. The consequences of a Drunk Driving conviction arrest and conviction, not limited to possible jail time, but also resulting in serious ongoing financial penalties and restriction or suspension of licensing. Over the years I have carefully kept up to date on all developments in this area of the law and have been able to obtain great results for my clients.

Juvenile Law 10%

I have extensive experience in this complicated area of the law. Juvenile adjudications (which are like but not the same as criminal convictions) can cause a young client serious problems as he or she becomes an adult, as some adjudications can be used to enhance a criminal charge into a more serious matter. Accordingly, I work hard to minimize the effects of Juvenile adjudication on the minor and on his future.

life saver....relentless all the way

Mr. Fagan is an awesome attorney. He's the only attorney I've ever worked with who answers your calls to him right away and digs for every possible angle to help you out. He got absolutely amazing result for my husband when he was in a horribly grim circumstance. We were looking at facing a life r...uining predicament which Mr. Fagan was able to work into a really good result. Mr. Fagan was able to work what seemed like a miracle to us. I would 100% recommend hiring Mr. Fagan to help you out if you or anyone you know are facing criminal charges. Thank you Mr. Fagan!!!! May we also remain very truly yours.
