I am incredibly grateful for Mark Haslem's guidance and expertise throughout my divorce process. He was not only highly knowledgeable and strategic but also compassionate and understanding during a dificult time. His communication was excellent, and I always felt informed and supported. A well-decerv...

There should have been a conflict of interest stated right off the bat in my case. I used to work for him. Haslem is an attorney that will lie & create false narratives about the opposing party. 6 years post divorce, he still hasn’t figured out how to read the messy JOD that he created. I can show wh...
This is an illegitimate , false, and defamatory critique leveled by a person who has been an opposing party in a matter that began in 2016 and concluded in 2017, but has had various post-judgment interludes of litigation since late 2017 over the years caused by this opposing party's dis-regulated, erratic, and sociopathic behavior resulting in part from this party's alcohol and substance use and abuse and her resultant anger and dissatisfaction at being held accountable for her actions and failing to prevail in her myriad unsuccessful, post-judgment forays into litigation. In fact, this person has been sent "cease and desist" letters to stop her false and defamatory assertions, yet this false "review" remains unretracted as a result of the convenient anonymity of this platform. This is yet another example of the internet and its anonymity giving rise to an unjustifiably angry individual's perception that her/his feelings of anger and desire for retribution seem to make, in their mind, outright public defamation "OK." This person's false narrative and vituperation is just that: Defamation per se. If anyone has any questions about the lack of legitimacy of this so called "review," simply reach out to us. We will be happy to give you the citation to the case with party names and you can review the publicly available court file and read for yourself.

Mark Haslem came to my rescue after I exploited an arrogant and pretentious lawyer from a large firm. Haslem helped me resolve a very contentious divorce with my former spouse, who tried anything and everything to cheat the system. As opposed to the big firm, Haslem fought hard on my behalf to attai...

His scorched earth approach makes it very difficult to make things amicable with the other party. I had to tell him to tone it down which was shocking
This review, in spite of being presented as ""hired attorney," is quite difficult to respond to since we cannot find a client or former client by this name for many years. Significantly, no person with this proffered issue has contacted me or my staff via our confidential, always monitored communications portals regarding any such issues, problems, or complaints. The anonymity of "statements on the internet" can often give rise to anyone's desire to express some level of the urge to "vent" or express misdirected anger or vituperation. at any time, whether valid or invalid. We have even seen an anonymous review from a person we have never even spoken to based on their perceived dislike of our website! We do our level best on behalf of clients and we have open, honest, and truthful relationships with them, giving them real and practical advice and excellent representation at all levels. The fact that a person named "Timothy" has never reached out to us or indicated such a "problem" is a concern about the legitimacy of this "review," as is that the asserted basis is not a fact pattern that sounds at all familiar. As with all of our clients, I invite "Timothy," if he is genuine, to reach out to us via our communications portals and to let us know the specifics of any issues he has and what he believes is the path to "make it right."

Mark did an excellent job helping me in a complicated divorce with children involved. He was thorough, quick to respond, easy to get in touch with, gave excellent advice that was ultimately the game changer for me from being the underdog that was blindsided to regaining ground and getting a fair outc...
"I highly recommend Mark Haslem. I have worked with him as co-counsel, and he is a brilliant attorney. We have been colleagues for many years, and I have found his insight and knowledge of the law to be extraordinary. You are in good hands with Mark."
"I endorse this lawyer. I worked with Mark on a difficult case for about a year involving the states attempts to remove the children from the biological mother. I handled the criminal side of the case. Mark was quite simply excellent and obtained an outstanding result for the client. I cannot endorse him enough."
