After being hit by a car my a delivery driver, I hired Brandon to handle my case. He does not keep me updated- I hear from him once every three months if I'm lucky. When I call and try to get updates, his secretary informs me he's not available, but when I ask when he will be, she simply says "I don'...t know". So, on top of not taking initiative to keep me informed he is a hard person to get ahold of. Even after leaving voicemails, his average response time seems to be a week. Most concerning is his being adamant that my settlement check has "been in the mail" for three weeks. This is after I sent him my power of attorney form to accept a settlement MONTHS ago. If you care about timeliness, honesty, and communication with your attorney, hire anyone but Brandon Hewitt.
