Anne W. Mabbitt is a West Michigan native with fifteen years of experience as a litigator and trial attorney. A cum laude graduate of Thomas M. Worst Experience…. Not professional!
Worst experience! Do not contact this law firm for help with a case! I took this law firm 9 months to request medical records in my case. Then they made up a fake statute, because they didn’t want to put in the work for the case! If your seeking a good outcome, Don’t waste your time!

Replied last April 17, 2025Brian, I want a successful outcome for all of our clients, especially those who have been through a difficult time. Unfortunately, your case has a legal issue that makes it impossible for us to move forward. I did not make up a statute. I’ve discussed the legal issue with you in detail, and I’ve sent two legal memos to you with citations describing how the law operates, and how the Michigan constitution, Michigan statutory law, and Michigan case law all establish that this case cannot proceed. I encourage you to review what I have sent. I would also suggest you contact an attorney with a Michigan license rather than an out-of-state license if you would like another attorney to review what I have told you.
