Everybody at Michigan Auto Law is great. Brandon followed through with everything for me, even though I had a smaller case. He did his due diligence to help me. There are some quirks and constraints with the Michigan law regarding car accidents and this firm is even very proactive in getting legislation changed in favor of injured plaintiffs. It makes me happy to see they’re working to change what needs to be changed rather than just shrugging their shoulders and treating people like a file number. Overall I’m very pleased with Michigan Auto Law and the representation from Brandon for everything they were able to do. I would recommend them to anybody.

My experience with Michigan Auto Law was simple. My attorney Brandon Hewitt took care of everything for me and I didn't have to worry. I wasn't going to sue at first. After being hit by a car my a delivery driver, I hired Brandon to handle my case. He does not keep me updated- I hear from him once every three months if I'm lucky. When I call and try to get updates, his secretary informs me he's not available, but when I ask when he will be, she simply says "I don'...t know". So, on top of not taking initiative to keep me informed he is a hard person to get ahold of. Even after leaving voicemails, his average response time seems to be a week. Most concerning is his being adamant that my settlement check has "been in the mail" for three weeks. This is after I sent him my power of attorney form to accept a settlement MONTHS ago. If you care about timeliness, honesty, and communication with your attorney, hire anyone but Brandon Hewitt.
