Persistent

Andy was honest and straight forward about potential outcomes, but explained his intentions and plans moving forward. He was persistent and had my very best interests in mind. His hard work resulted in outcomes greater than I anticipated. Couldn’t be more grateful for his service!

A trustable & competent attorney.

Andrew LaPres is a highly competent and effective attorney. I started the process of defending myself from some false and fabricated allegations on Avvo. Andy was the first to respond out of five attorneys I contacted. Within 2 hours, he replied to my message with his cell number and told me to ca...ll him. He explained the whole process from beginning to end. I never felt judged, or like he didn't believe me. He gave a flat rate for my situation, at a very reasonable total cost. As the hearing came closer he went meticulously went over the details of my case with me. Emotionally, being innocent yet falsely accused of something is very stressful. But in moments of logical clarity, I knew I was in good hands with Andy and I had the utmost confidence we would achieve the desired result. Which was dismissal of the false claim against me! Thanks again, Andy.

Great Straightforward Honest Lawyer

Mr LaPres is an excellent lawyer. He was willing to take a free consultation with me in the begining. He explained what I was looking at penalty wise, what he could potentially do for me ect. Once hired for a very reasonable price, he did what he said he could do and got my high BAC charge dropped to... an OWI. Throughout my entire court or deal he could be reached through email easily.

Good guy!

Answered a few questions for me and was very understanding and respectful too. Rare to find a lawyer who actually seems to care, but this guy does!
