I have handled environmental issues related to real property such as contamination, wetlands, critical dunes, flood plains, and permits for docks and seawalls throughout Michigan.

I have represented developers and real property owners in zoning matters in the Greater Grand Rapids and West Michigan areas and represent a road commission in a wide variety of issues.

I have handled many wetland, critical dune, flood plain, and dock and seawall permit matters before the Michigan Dept. of Environmental Quality and matters in the Michigan Tax Tribunal.
