Expulsion of my child

Daniel was a great. His firm didn't represent individual children just school facilities, but he still gave some advice that was very helpful.

Assistant Superintendent

Dan has always done an outstanding job representing our school system. He is organized, thorough, and always responds back in a timely manner. He is a true advocate for our students and staff and works hard on behalf of each and every one of them. We enjoy our relationship with Dan and feel as... if he is one of our staff.

Andrew Ingall, Superintendent, Grand Haven Area Public Schools

Mr. Martin serves as our primary contact and counsel for legal issues for the Grand Haven Area Public Schools. Dan is thorough in his research and quick to respond. Additionally, Dan is able to provide clear and definitive information in a manner that is easy for non lawyers to digest and understand....

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
