Works in Your Best Interests
My husband and I are newlyweds, and we needed to set up a trust for our home and business. Being so young, we had quite a few questions and Adam was incredibly kind and helped us to navigate the legal language and understand it. We were unsure about everything we needed, so Adam worked to tell us the options, made some recommendations based on our needs, and helped us pick what was right for us. We always left the office feeling like we were in great hands. We also feel very confident that we are protected and taken care of after working with him. I would highly recommend this office to others.

Efficient and helpful
We had Adam work on Trust and Power of Attorney documents for our family. His office communicated effectively in a timely manner and sent us some pre-work documents that were easy to follow. He responded to our questions in a timely and easy to understand manner. The signing of the documents was straightforward. I would highly recommend this office for these needs.

Nice job
My husband and I hired Adam to prepare a prenuptual agreement and wills for both of us. Adam explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Using the quesstionaire, he assessed what our needs were and didn't try to sell something we didn't need. Adam is easy to work with and provided appointment times that allowed us to meet without taking time off work.

FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE
Highly recommend Adam for legal assistance with estate settlement. He and his staff were sympathetic when my parents died, eased me through process of settling their estate, with efficient and friendly service and reasonable fees. Although I never met him, he handled my requests quickly and professionally from long-distance. Just fantastic!

Great Real Estate and Trust Administration Experience
Administering a trust and selling real estate when a loved one has passed away is difficult for all parties. Adam did a great job for me on many levels. Very Good Experience
I am not local to Muskegon and was initially worried that distance might be an issue, but after a reassuring phone call, I had Adam prepare my living trust. All of my questions were answered quickly and completely and the entire process was complete within 2 weeks. I highly recommend Adam because he is easy to talk to, for this professionalism and prompt communication.

My wife and I consulted with Adam regarding redoing our will and the necessary paperwork that is involved with that. Adam was very knowledgeable and gave very appropriate guidelines and advise. He assisted with the transfer of property titles by titling deeds as needed upon our deaths. Additionally he assisted and prepared our health care and financial powers of attorneys. We were very please with Adam and his relaxed demeanor and have told our friends regarding his expertise and knowledge.

Prompt Service!
Adam and his team were very responsive to my requests for two separate jobs: creating a will, power of attorney, and living testament for my wife and I along with setting up a land contract for a property sale I had completed. He answered all the questions I had and explained things so that I could understand them. I would refer him to anyone looking of legal advise and I plan on using him again in the future.

Would Recommend
My husband and I recently used Adam to draw up our wills. After talking with him, we had a very good feeling about his integrity, legal knowledge and trustworthiness. He explains the reasoning behind his suggestions in an easy to understand manner. The wills were drawn up in a timely fashion, and at a fare price with no add on "surprise" charges. We would have no hesitation in recommending him highly.
