Mark C. Miller

Please do not consider utilizing Mark's services as an attorney. He was placed on a retainer. We never saw an itemization one time. He just kept billing hours (we are not even sure what he was billing for and why) and told us we met our retainer early in the case. He would then bill separately for do...cuments he never mentioned would be billed. He did not recall key aspects of the case and needed reminders to stay on track as he was more concerned that we all know details of previous cases than our own. I would strongly suggest using someone else if it is anything more than legal documents you require.

When our parents passed away, we used Mark's services to settle their estate since he was local. Bad idea. He kept us waiting for our appointment, billed us for chit-chat time, fees were exorbitant, and no sympathy expressed to our family. He and his staff made mistakes and undue delays and requir...ed more documents than legally necessary. After trying to give him a chance, we finally had to release him from his services and hired another lawyer who was so much better, friendlier and more efficient!

I have never dealt with a lawyer or custody issues before; I had lots of concerns and questions after sperating with my child’s father. Mark answered all my questions honestly and eased the concerns I had. In court he was very professional and did an excellent job fighting for my case. He continues ...to answer questions that arise and help with custody issues I face. I would highly recommend Mark!

Mark was very attentive in our case from day one.
