Andrew P. Kirkpatrick

Mr. Kirkpatrick was all talk and made me feel confident throughout the divorce process and was very sympathetic, but when it came down to it he folded and didn't get me anything I asked for and it ended up costing me more in my settlement with ex. We ended up going to mediation and I felt pressured b...y him to settle and not fight for anything "because it would be more expensive to pay him for his time then to just give it up" I ended up losing about $10K plus his legal fees to my ex. What a joke.

Mr. Kirkpatrick is a wonderful attorney. He did exactly what he told me he thought he would be able to do. He was kind, considerate, and very straight forward. Faced with some serious charges we confided in a family member who worked at the court house. They provided us with 2 names of attorneys who were well respected and highly recommended. We choose Andrew Kirkpatrick to handle our case. Mr. Kirkpatrick was willing to meet with us on a Saturday aftern...oon. Our first impression was that he really knew his stuff. Not only is he now practicing law but he worked for the police department previously so he knew how the officers conducted business. Mr. Kirkpatrick was very honest, up front and didn't sugar coat what the minimum and maximum outcomes were that we could be facing. Mr. Kirkpatrick had our best interest at heart, he repeatedly provided us with reassurance that he would work hard to get the best possible outcome in this case. Whenever we had a question or just wanted to bounce our thoughts off on him, Mr. Kirkpatrick would respond to our e-mails within a few hours. In the courtroom he was very tough, matter of fact and knew just how to ask the right questions without it being known that he saw inconsistencies in the case. In the end we couldnt have hoped for a better outcome and it is all because we had the best attorney possible.
