Andrew P. Kirkpatrick

I met with Mr. Kirkpatrick and he told me that if I had any questions that I could call him. I called him and found communication with him to be difficult. Mr. Kirkpatrick tends to do more talking than listening. In addition Mr. Kirkpatrick assured me that during trial, all I would have to do is a...nswer the judges questions and sign the final judgment document, but in the end he made attempts to convince the defendant on the day of the trial to seek compensation contrary to what he explained to me when we met and there was no misunderstanding on my part.

Hired this attorney for representing me in my divorce/ child custody case, I rarely heard from the guy for weeks I had to constantly hound him to get anything done, he stalls horribly for anything. I had to contact him 5+ times for a basic response. Endless emails with this guy asking the same questi...ons because he's stalling. His personal life is far to busy for him to give any care about his actual clients. His incompetence is overwhelming, I had to point out to him multiple mistakes in my custody order Almost lost time with my son. Failed to properly order and is now being sued by me for malpractice and incompetence. This guy is a lousy lawyer do not hire him for anything you will regret it.
