Phil guided me through the confusing process in retrieving my full drivers license privileges. My sticky situation was made easier because of him. He sought out the best for me and it was done firmly with his great direction and exepertice. He has a strong desire to help those who are in need of c...ouncil. He will walk with you the entire way until you cross the finish line together. And we certainly did just that. I high recommend him and with no regrets.

I worked with Phil for my fiance's K-1 visa after it had been deferred for a year. I used a different lawyer for the first time and they had not prepared us well for the process. I used Phil's services when I was looking for someone who could help us through a very difficult type of denial/deferral f...or a K-1 visa from Mexico. I saw an article on his website in regards to the issue in my case and he was extremely knowledgeable about the process and agreed to take on my case. He spent a great amount of time helping my fiance and I work through the denial/deferral by creating a plan of action that we would follow over the 12 month period. He went above and beyond, in my opinion, making sure that we had more than enough information to bring with us to the consulate for the next interview and we got approved! I was very satisfied with his services and I believe he truly cares about his clients and understands the frustrations that a long immigration process can bring. I never met him in person and I don't think that was a problem in working together. I would definately recommend Phil to anyone needing assistance with immigration. He is knowledgeable, caring, intelligent, honest, and experienced.

first i have to say that Philip has completely changed my opinion of "normal" lawyer. when i wanted to start to apply for my green card, i sent tons of emails to different lawyers that i could find online. some of them "kindly" replied me with some kind of standard answear telling me that i have to p...ay however much money to further discuss about my case. i was pretty upset because i wasnt enough sure if i even had a real case (i could go back home after my stay). then he replied me almost the next day i sent him the email, use red color to mark all the quesitons i had. after having known better about my situation i signed up his service which turned out to be VERY useful for me. later on, he helped me step by step professionally and patiently. im the kind of person who likes to fully participate on my case, he would always reply my email asap and send me some links with very valuable information. in the end, i got my interview within 3 months (which i have heard to be about 6 months). and of course, not a single problem for my documents. i just wanna say that if i know anyone who needs legal help about immigrantion, i would personally recommend Philip because i KNOW he is a very responsible lawyer that you can count on.

Honestly, I found Mr Curtis through google when I searched the requirements for the Green Card. He has his video and I was watching his video and listened to his lecture about Immigration issues. He is very knowledgeable about the subject. He also went thru the same situation like me with his wife. I... believe she is from South Africa. From that I feel connection and I know I will be ok under his care. I was very happy that I found him, because you have to be careful choosing your lawyer to take care of your case. If the lawyer does not have enough knowledge or familiar with the immigration's law, It can messed up your case big time. AND it is VERY VERY Expensive. I been talking to few lawyers before I met Mr Curtis, and I was little nervous to work with them. I feel like they are not familiar with the immigration law's. Under Mr Curtis care, I received my Green Card within less than 3 months. He always available when I have questions. He will call and answer my email in timely manner. He even reassure me when I was frustrated with the process.
