Case evaluation is a widely used alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process in circuit and probate court litigation.

I recommend Brad for collections activities
Brad handles collections enforcement against clients of our professional services firm. As a business, you try internally to collect as much as you can of what your clients owe you, but there will always be a few that just won't pay for the services you provided to them. That is where Brad comes in. Just the "threat" of a lawsuit and/or a report to the credit bureaus tends to get the money rolling in. And it is so much more effective when it comes on an attorney's letterhead. Thanks, Brad, for all you do for us.

Contract Law
Brad does a very thorough job with contracts. He takes the time to pull all of the terms and conditions out and examine them. He is extremely analytical and presents all of the different facets of what impact the contract will have and great advice on how to proceed.

Great advisor for employers and contract law
Brad has assisted me with business matters pertaining to employment contracts. He is available to communicate by phone or email, and his work is not only complete but timely. I appreciate the fact that he is familiar with Jackson and the surrounding communities and that he explains his ideas to me clearly and concisely.

traffic violation
Brad worked diligently to save not only points on my driving license, but my job! Reduced my violation to 0 points and saved my job! I basically had to do nothing. Turned over my information and Brad did the rest. Great job! Thanks once again!

Very Happy

Civil case
Mr. Brelinski did a fine job representing me in a civil matter that had the potential for a major loss. Needless to say we won and in fact he was able to get the plantiff's case dismissed even before we presented our defense. He listened well and did his homewok,ie; was well prepared.

Thorough and Likeable
I would highly recommend attorney Brad Brelinski for legal services. His firm came recommend from numerous community connections including our local Chamber of Commerce. He was friendly and personable and easy to work with. Brad set up an LLC for my new company and explained the process clearly. He knew all of the parts and pieces required in whole that needed done and took care of the filing of those materials as well. Should I need further assistance in the future - I will continue to use Brad's expertise.
