Case dismissed without going to court
We had a family court issue come up regarding my son. Mr. Wojtowicz filed a motion, and before we even went to the hearing, the other side backed off and withdrew their petition. I was so relieved and thankful that we didn't have to go through a long, drawn out court process. Mr. Wojtowicz kept me...

Case Dismissed
My son was wrongly accused of stealing from a grocery store. Ryan got the surveillance video from the store and showed the prosecutor that my son was innocent. The case was dismissed. Mr. Wojtowicz always returned my calls and emails, he did a great job.

Fantastic Experience
My son was received a felony drug charge on his way to a concert in Michigan. We hired Attorney Wojtowicz and he worked out a deal to keep my son's record clean. He was very responsive and professional.

Excellent Attorney!
"I hired Attorney Wojtowicz to represent me in a custody dispute. He worked hard for us, and within two weeks, we had the case settled. He was very responsive and helpful, and he always returned our calls and emails. I would definitely hire Attorney Wojtowicz again."
"Ryan works hard for his clients, going the "extra step" to be sure all the points are covered. If you have a client that needs help in Southern Michigan, associating with Ryan is a good move."
"I have observed Attorney Wojtowicz on a regular basis around the courthouse for the past few years. I have heard nothing but high praise from his clients, fellow lawyers, and judges regarding his legal abilities, preparation, personality, and ethics. Based on my observations, I have referred several prospective clients to him regarding criminal and civil matters with confidence that he could help these individuals. As I approach the end of my fourth decade as a solo practitioner, I am very pleased to consider Ryan Wojtowicz as one of the new young lawyers in town who will provide excellent legal services to this community."
"As a fellow defense attorney, I have worked with Mr. Wojtowicz on many cases. He is an outstanding attorney who will always go the extra mile to defend his clients. He knows the law and is an excellent trial attorney. I have recommended him on many occasions to represent clients when my schedule does not allow. I enthusiastically endorse this attorney."
"I have been associated with Ryan since he clerked for the Berrien County Trial Court, and I am pleased to now be a fellow member of the Berrien County Bar with him. Ryan has always impressed me as a conscientious and hard-working individual, and that's why I have, and will continue to, refer people to him who need help in his areas of practice."
"Ryan is a passionate and caring attorney and I look forward to working in the community with him. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have worked with Ryan both when he was a Magistrate for Berrien County and as a private practitioner and he is above reproach. He is knowledgeable and he represents his clients well."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is hard-working, honest, and will have your best interests at heart throughout what may be the toughest moments of your life!"
"I endorse this lawyer for his ethics, attention to details, and compassion for his clients. We had a case involving a Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA). I was impressed with his ability to coordinate efforts and be honest with the client regarding the billing. Ryan possesses the honesty and integrity clients deserve when dealing with emotional issues."
"Ryan is an experienced criminal defense attorney who truly cares about his clients. Friendly, bright, and just an all around great guy -- I highly endorse him."
