I contacted Mr. Yokom to handle my workman's comp case. He was very upfront and knowledgeable about how the system works and what my options would be. He took on my case knowing that neither one of us would receive a huge amount of money in the end. Well upon the initial consultation he came across as knowledgeable which impressed me, telling me all of what I was entitled to. But I learned rather quickly that communication was not one of his strong points. My case ended up taking 9 months to settle and because I took a settlement instead of goi...ng to court my attorney took 30% instead of the initial 20 we agreed on. My attorney ended up getting more money on the settlement then I did. Definitely needs to work on communication.
