Alicia Katherine Storm

Hired Tara for 2 custody battles one of which was a very bad situation for the child. The second case we were passed onto Alicia and had the privilege to work with her. We had gotten what we wanted out of the cases. The only thing is they were not Always prompt back with a response. Paying a flat ra...te verses by the hour, I was ok with not getting the response immediately unless it was absolutely needed for guidance. I would hire Alicia again if needed and I have recommended Tara and Alicia to a few different people where they are now clients as well.

During the consultation, Alicia took notes on a yellow pad of paper. She stated she would get an extension on the court hearing, which she did. She did this as to give herself time to prepare. When we arrived at the courthouse, she came in with the same yellow pad, with only the notes she took, an...d nothing else. She was not prepared at all. As the hearing progressed, she leaned in to ask me questions, and did not stand and argue anything. Due to her lack of preparation, she lost my case immediately, and has now caused our family a great deal of grief. Unfortunately, this also involves 3 small children, who have since been a victim of abuse; mental, emotional, verbal and physical. After giving her all the money we had available, as well weekly payments, we are left unable to fight this Injustice that has been done to our family.

Alicia Storm goes above and beyond when she is your lawyer. I felt like I was venting to a friend who could help us through are terrible time.
