My name isn't important but my story is. I have Crohns Disease...it was diagnosed last year after my 2nd of 6 surgeries. At 37 years old, I was preparing to start a family when I got sick. My entire life turned upside down. I'd learned earlier that month that I would not be able to have kids thanks to my disease and the meds I require- so the only thing that was going through my head was that this ridiculous possession charge (my Medical card was approved) would keep me from adopting a child. Not only did Kurt Richardson defend me and get my charges dismissed...he also referred me to an adoption lawyer who would help me when I was ready. Hiring Kurt was the best money I've ever spent.
