He has represented owners, commerical developers, and municipalities for development companies pertaining to development and leasing of national chanin stores and their and related construction, construction financing, permanent loan financing, and commercial mortgage defeasance transactions.
Jeff was a Co-Founder and former Director and General Counsel of Portage Commerce Bank. He served nine years as a Director of The Bronson Healthcare Foundation and currently serves as a Director of the Arts Council of Greater Kalamazoo and hte Kalamazoo Cultural Center.

Land Contract
I have known Jeff for many years and he has always provided great legal service. Just recently I needed a land contract for some property I was selling. Jeff completed all I needed in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the results.
