Kathleen M. Gaydos

She was my attorney several years ago for a divorce. She seemed nice and knowledgeable when I met her at a free divorce advice session she held, but after retaining her as my attorney she lied to my husband's attorney about several things (including telling him there was no hearing), resulting in the... divorce being overturned once the judge found out what she had done. I ended up having to dismiss her. Her tactics only ended up hurting me.

I called Kathy to inquire about the services her firm offers for guardian/conservator matters. She called me back right away, listened to my situation, asked questions and then advised me on exactly what steps I should take next to solve my problem. She was kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable i...n the subject. Never did she rush me or try to get me off the phone. She said to call if I had any more questions and advised me how she could help if I needed further legal counsel or had to go to court. Kathy went above and beyond what I expected from an initial phone call. I would definitely call her again!

Ms Gaydos will not return my calls nor letters and she is my guardian. I see her about once a year and it is brief. I've not been kept informed about important information and simply what she says and does are not consistent. She does not know how to help me as she doesn't know, she won't contact ...me or give me time.
