Kathleen M. Gaydos

I called Kathy to inquire about the services her firm offers for guardian/conservator matters. She called me back right away, listened to my situation, asked questions and then advised me on exactly what steps I should take next to solve my problem. She was kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable i...n the subject. Never did she rush me or try to get me off the phone. She said to call if I had any more questions and advised me how she could help if I needed further legal counsel or had to go to court. Kathy went above and beyond what I expected from an initial phone call. I would definitely call her again!

Ms Gaydos will not return my calls nor letters and she is my guardian. I see her about once a year and it is brief. I've not been kept informed about important information and simply what she says and does are not consistent. She does not know how to help me as she doesn't know, she won't contact ...me or give me time.

CONS: Did not keep family informed. Did not make accurate and correct information available to me. Did not return calls. Did not look out for clients best interests and wants. Did not allow family to visit client in a coma on life support. And Etc., there are other things this attorney do...es not do well. PROS: Can sometimes seem nice on the phone. Nice phone voice.
