Brian provided a thorough residential lease contract for me after I had foolishly used a standard contract off an internet search as a first-time landlord 6 years ago. He re-vamped the entire contract, tailoring it to my specific needs, and has worked with me annually to update documents appropriatel...y ever since. I am moving my office and was given an eight-page, 35-item commercial property lease to sign. Since this is the first time I have had to deal with commercial leases, I asked Brian to review it for me -- on short notice.
