I am moving my office and was given an eight-page, 35-item commercial property lease to sign. Since this is the first time I have had to deal with commercial leases, I asked Brian to review it for me -- on short notice. He did a very thorough review and drafted a lengthy memo with questions, sugges...tions and/or additional or replacement language for 23 of the 35 items. I went over all of his comments with the new landlord, who acknowledged that the contract was dated and expressed appreciation for Brian's work and suggestions.
