I am moving my office and was given an eight-page, 35-item commercial property lease to sign. Since this is the first time I have had to deal with commercial leases, I asked Brian to review it for me -- on short notice. He did a very thorough review and drafted a lengthy memo with questions, sugges...tions and/or additional or replacement language for 23 of the 35 items. I went over all of his comments with the new landlord, who acknowledged that the contract was dated and expressed appreciation for Brian's work and suggestions. The lease will be redrafted to address the issues that were raised and I expect to sign it shortly. Moving can be, and usually is, a major headache. If, however, you want at least one aspect of it to be worry-free, I highly recommend that you have Brian handle the lease agreement for you. It will be well worth it! I am a very satisfied client!
