Timothy J. Donovan

I've worked with Mr. Donovan on a number of my business legal cases. He has always made me feel comfortable enough to ask my "non- lawyer ish" questions and I always get a more than professional response. Tim's always great about keeping me informed on my case status and also with educating me in a... non threatening way about the legal system process in general. It's been a pleasure to work with him and I would recommend him 100% to anyone needing his legal expertise. You won't find a more pleasant attorney to represent you.

In my experience working with Tim, he was very diligent, detail-oriented, and strategic. I was in a car accident and Sinas Dramis law firm took over my case. Mr. Donovan was chosen by the firm to represent me. He had two different paralegals that were often hard to get ahold of. Mr. Donovan was very knowledgeable but was also very hard to get ahold of when I had a question about m...y case. I had to get a majority of the paperwork for the paralegals which I found absurd since the firm was taking 25% of my settlement. I was also getting wage loss checks that they took 10% of when I WAS PICKING THEM UP! The staff there treated me like a outsider when I would come into the office. When I would go into Mr. Donovan's office to talk about my case, it often seemed like he was representing their insurance company and not mine. I had never been in a situation like this so I didn't know any better. I figured that I would get an lawyer that would fight for me and I did not get that feeling. There is a lot more I could say about the situation but It took over 2 years before it was over. I provided Mr. Donovan with a lot of paperwork that I went to get on my own that should of showed that I should of still received benifits and nothing was done with the matter. I would never use Mr. Donovan or his law firm in the future.
