Expert, Professional, Educational, Passionate, THE BEST

ALL of the recent changes to The Michigan No-Fault Insurance laws affect EVERY driver, as well as the Providers, especially regarding the coverage of medical costs of the catastrophically injured car accident victims. Sinas Dramis Law Firm are EXPERTS in auto accident laws, resources, and educating... the public on understanding the MANY complexities of auto no-fault system and reform. They are my go-to for up-to-date information on the no-fault insurance system and the rights and PIP benefits available. I cannot RAVE about them enough! If you are looking for an understandable explanation of the Michigan Auto No-Fault Insurance Law and how it works, need someone to explain your rights and discuss how to best proceed under your circumstances, and/or looking for representation, I would HIGHLY suggest Sinas Dramis Law Firm, the LEADERS in Michigan No-Fault Insurance laws!!!!

An advocate simply put

In 2015 I experienced an awful car accident, lost my job, and to this day continue to suffer from chronic pain. Stephen Sinas from day 1 explained everything to me regarding the process, used terminology I needed in order to understand, and truly showed a desire to advocate for me. He focused on my ...lost wages and my pain/suffering. It was an arduous process over the years but his determination reassured me all the while. We were able to settle, I found a new job, and hope to close this chapter of my life very soon. I would recommend Stephen to anyone and everyone who experience a car/motorcycle/trucking accident. He truly does have your best interest at heart.

Not Your Average Lawyer

Stephen Sinas came as a recommendation by my family's case manager; highly recommended at that. We've had--unfortunately--unpleasant and horrible experiences with prior attorneys, and thus, were skeptical. However, since our case manager was fantastic, we took their advice and recommendation and ...sought out Stephen Sinas. Some skeptics may go by his young appearance, but that is simply not the case. Mr. Sinas is a real attorney. One that will, and does, fight for his clients and goes the extra mile. He's extremely thorough and does not only do the job as your legal counsel but doesn't make you jump through hoops. He knows the No-Fault Auto law in Michigan well and he definitely does battle against the big name insurance companies. You're not strung along, waiting for an answer or playing phone tag (while your bill is racking up) like other attorneys. There is no other legal counsel representative you could ask for. Simply put (and biased, by my fantastic experience) he is the best at what he does. He gets the job done and he helps the people. I highly recommend Mr. Sinas to anyone and everyone in Michigan that needs help.

Wonderful Lawyer & Staff

Steve was outstanding with our headache of a case. He fought passionately for our daughter's needs against AllState. Unfortunately, we'll need him again thanks to how the system works but we look forward to it, knowing he'll make sure she gets what she needs. The staff was amazing and treated us l...ike family. They all truly care about you and your needs. Highly recommend Steve & his firm if you ever find yourself in need of an attorney.

We are very happy with our attorney Stephen Sinas

We met and hired Steve Sinas a few days after a fatal car crash changed our lives. From beginning to end, Steve was outstanding. He explained the process to us in the hospital, in our home and ultimately when I was able to go to his office. He not only represented us well, but cared about our concer...ns. He fought relentlessly for us with the insurance companies through to an acceptable outcome. We are now a year out since the crash, we could not have done this without Steve and his wonderful staff standing by our side. I encourage my friends to call Steve if ever forced into the world of auto no-fault.
