Elizabeth Marie-Rachael Siefker

Our contact with Elizabeth was for the purpose of updating our Certificate of Trust. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we conducted two Zoom meetings to complete the process. Our first meeting consisted of introductions and a discussion of trust updates. Our second meeting was for signing the... new document. Our meetings were very positive experience. Elizabeth was courteous and professional. She answered all our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with her.

Ms. Siefker was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire process of revising our Revocable Trust. This is important, since we are a blended family and settling our estate has risks. Elizabeth had all our documentation prepared and was waiting at the door for us to meet at the picnic table outside. She provided a complete binder with the updated pages and walked through each page and explained as needed. She then scanned a full set of the documents and returned the original sign...ed binder to us. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. A pleasure to work with!
