Elizabeth Marie-Rachael Siefker

I met with Elizabeth to have my will and trust drawn up. I explained to her what I wanted and she explained to me what I needed to provide. Within a couple of weeks, my documents were prepared and signed. She went through the trust step-by-step and explained it carefully. Very pleased with her and... my will and trust.

Ms. Siefker worked with my wife and I to create a family trust, our wills, POA documents and memorial preferences. She is knowledgeable in these areas and provided sound advice to help us personalize our estate plans. Her explanations were clear which allowed us to put our "plan" into the documents.... The process is efficient and streamlined. I expect that we will contact Ms. Siefker in the future as we modify our plans.

Our contact with Elizabeth was for the purpose of updating our Certificate of Trust. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we conducted two Zoom meetings to complete the process. Our first meeting consisted of introductions and a discussion of trust updates. Our second meeting was for signing the... new document. Our meetings were very positive experience. Elizabeth was courteous and professional. She answered all our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with her.
