We needed an attorney for a child custody issue. Had court in December he misplaced the required documents needed to file and Finally got around to filing them in AUGUST of the next year. Not acceptable at all. Perhaps a better criminal lawyer but family, not so much. Very disappointed ...overall.

While he gave some good advice, I didn't feel that he thoroughly listened to my concerns. He was twenty minutes late to my appointment, his office was in desperate need of a cleaning, his secretary was wearing a shirt that bared her midriff, and he waltzed in wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants. His sec...retary made small talk with me about how she manages a bar in the evenings while we waited for him to return to his office. I sought his legal advice as I had been raped and abused in a previous relationship, and currently am incredibly concerned for my safety. Yet the entire time I spoke to him his eyes were on my chest. When I inquired about the process for a PPO, he told me to get a gun, lean in if my ex ever came near me so I could show police bruises, and just move on with my life because I have no reason to be in contact with him. (Exactly! That's why I need help from the law to tell him that!) Needless to say I will be seeking further counsel from other attorneys.
