Denise saw us twice on consultations with respect to zoning and permits. After we actually decided to hire her, she completely disappeared and stopped returning calls and emails. I have sent her 5 emails, one simply asking if she is ok, none of which were replied to. I would not recommend her. Sh...e made claims in our first consultation that she went back on in the second as if she had amnesia.
