My practice focuses on Personal Injury Litigation, Divorce, and Criminal Defense.  I am experienced in all types of litigation and have tried many cases in Federal Courts, State Courts and Administrative Courts. Prior to joining Matecun, Thomas & Olson, PLC, I worked at one of the largest law firms in Michigan, honing my trial skills. Prior to that, I worked as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Stanley J. Latrielle in Livingston County Circuit Court. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and my Law Degree from Thomas Cooley Law School where I received many awards and graduated cum laude. I am married and have a young daughter.

Bank Issue
I have worked with Dan's Law Firm several times. Each time has been a fantastic. Dan was very helpful, kept me advised as to the progress when ever it was necessary. It was a time consuming issue with a wrongful account from a bank lease, Dan got the issue resolved and even got the bank to pay our legal fees. Highly recommend Dan and MTO Law.
