Dear Kelley — Well, I know I was your hero in your “child custody case,” and will always remember the gratitude you expressed as to that matter, as well as the feelings of victory against a lot of other entities that were gunning for you. Gosh, when was that? Was that in 2000 or 2001? Perhaps a little later, but it was long before this review that you apparently posted in 2014. As to the personal injury case (same time period, I believe), I NEVER tried to talk you out of hiring another lawyer and you know that. Quite the contrary, I believe I even tried to refer you to some other attorneys after I turned down your case. And by the way, Kelley, I never took a “payout” from an insurance company to “throw your case,” so the speak, as you basically say in this “review.” Respectfully, Kelley, that claim is absurd. On a lighter note, if you are going to give me a 1-star review for not turning down your personal injury case, you should at least even it out by giving me a 5-star review for winning your “child custody case.” Haha.
