James T. Heos

Mr. Heos represented my daughter in Personal injury case. He did not know facts about case, kept putting wrong date, type of accident in paper work. Failed to go after lost wages because he said daughter was "just a student" when she was full time employed by State of MI. Failed to depose daughte...rs Drs. to back up her claims. When she did not want 1st low offer, he got mad and said he had given his word to the other attorney that she would take it. Withdrew from case leaving her to go to trial with no attorney and no expert testimony. No other attorney (we called at least eight) would touch the case after he got done with it. I went to his office with her to consult about low settlement and he was rude, and very hostile to my daughter
