Conrad H. Vincent Jr.

Conrad H. Vincent, Jr. is a shareholder at Willingham & Cote, P.C.  He is a member of the firm’s Criminal Law Group, Family Law Group and Bankruptcy Group. Mr. Vincent earned his bachelor's degree from Saint Michael's College and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. Vincent is dually licensed to practice law, being a member of the State Bar of New Hampshire since 1997 and the State Bar of Michigan since 1998. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for both New Hampshire and Michigan.

Mr. Vincent began his career as a creditor's attorney in New Hampshire with Cloutier, Beliveau & Fradette, where his clients included Sears, Chrysler Financial, and local financial institutions. He also worked for Ingham County as a criminal investigator, assisting local judges by investigating criminal backgrounds of accused persons, tracking defendants on bond or probation, and making bond recommendations.

Mr. Vincent is a seasoned litigator whose practice is primarily focused on bankruptcy, criminal defense, and family law. He is a court-approved advocate for indigent adult defendants in Eaton County, as well as for indigent juveniles in Ingham County. Mr. Vincent has been an invited lecturer on the topic of bankruptcy for both the Thomas M. Cooley's People's Law School and the Ingham County Bar Association's Domestic Relations section. Mr. Vincent also participated in the Hillman Advocacy Program for the United States District Court.
