Why do all of the poor ratings for this lawyer on the web get deleted? He has had several poor ratings in the past and now they are all gone. He is the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. It appears that he has done poorly for other clients as well but their ratings have been deleted. He no doubt ha...s caused the poor ratings to be withdrawn. In my final encounter with Mr. Szilagyi he took me to court for not paying. Good thing I had a copy of the cancelled check which he cashed!

Mr Szilagyi is a very knowledgeable attorney and provided outstanding legal assistance for me and my wife. He assisted my wife and I in the purchase of a large business. He was able to handle all aspects of the business purchase and demonstrate a high degree of expertise in business acquisitions, em...ployee relation, contracts, and handling all the necessary state licensor needs for the business. He orchestrated the transaction in a highly professional manner keeping us informed throughout the process and not only advocated for us but also demonstrated a personal interest in our success. I am grateful for his hard work. He also endeavored to ensure that his rates and the final cost for his services to us was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend him.
