The BEST!

The absolute best attorney! Daniel handled a difficult custody case for me. He earned my utmost respect by being so knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. He never stopped fighting for me. I can’t compliment him or his staff enough!

Guardianship

Daniel Wood represented me in my multiply impaired child's Guardianship Hearing. Daniel went over and above the call of duty for our family. He was extremely caring and knowledgeable.

Long Divorce Made Better Because of Mr. Wood's Counsel

Mr. Wood is a very knowledgeable and understanding attorney. He was able to clearly explain my options throughout the divorce process. Mr. Wood always consulted with me and made sure he understood my opinion before acting on a situation. During my 15 month long divorce, there were many twists and ...turns, but Mr. Wood was always available through phone or email and his replies were very prompt. He weeded through lots of information and was able to determine what was important to me and what was just the static coming from the other side. He was stern and serious when he needed to be and very personable and easy to talk to otherwise. His years of experience and his reputation with the court were invaluable to me as someone who had never been through anything like this. Mr. Wood has a common sense approach and he will tell you what he is thinking and offer his advice, but ultimately, he leaves the decisions up to his client. Mr. Wood has a genuine concern for his clients and he treats them with respect.

There are not enough words to express the amount of professional care Dan placed in our case. He not only listened to my husband and I, but would build on our concerns to establish an amazing defense to protect the children in our care. His knowledge of our very complex case and the law was impressiv...e and made us feel that our case was all that mattered when he was providing consultation or spending days with us in court. If you are looking for an attorney that will provide personal and trustworthy recommendations and representation, look no further! Although, we await the judge's advisement and written outcome of our case, I can honestly say that Dan gave his ultimate attention and effort to our circumstances.
