This is one of the worst lawyers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting he ignored me constantly didn't answer my questions avoided me at cost I gave him the up most respect he didn't have my best interest in mind have me admit to a crime I didn't commit just so he could get it over with an I only did... it because I was over the Situation I had things to do an couldn't let keep goin to court mess it up I don't know about him as a paid attorney but in MY opinion he is a horrible court appointed lawyer

I had kelly represent me for a ppo case and he didn’t use evidence I submitted to him. Also the other party’s lawyer just completely took control without kelly intervening. He did not go over a plan with me prior to the hearing. He just took my money and didn’t do all he could to represent me. I reco...mmend other lawyers as he was the worst lawyer I’ve experienced. Court appointed lawyers are usually better in my opinion. I suggest looking elsewhere for representation unless you want to waste your money.

Kelly Ellsworth is by far the best attorney. I was going through a hard time during my divorce but he helped me through it and filed everything on time. He was a great listener and kept my mind at ease. Also, he got me full custody of my kids and settled everything appropriately. I would 10/10 recomm...end him for custody or divorce.

Hired to handle daughters Divorce and child custody case. Filed the response then nothing afterwards. After a zoom meeting where he just listened and forced my daughter to do all of the talking. After the meeting she called him and asked what was going on and he told her if she wanted to see her dau...ghter she would have to move back to Saginaw. She lives in GR to get away from her abusive husband and be around her family.
