Carol was not helpful. She pushed thru and rushed the process. My parents got the shaft. She was never available and didn’t return phone calls. Always met with her staff who seem to do all of the work. Got to see her for maybe 15 minutes at the courthouse and even then she was working on othe...r cases. Don’t waste your time or money. Carol is all about the money. Wish I could leave zero stars.

During our “free” consultation she refused to even vaguely answer a few legal questions. After I told her I was not going to retain her today and needed to assess a few things further she said that we “wasted her time”. I will refrain from being negative except to say with that attitude I will not be... returning or referring her services to anyone.

Carol Thomas helped me to get durable power of attorney for my wife when she had Alzheimer's. My wife was in declining health and required 24 hour care. Carol was very helpful and kind while being very understanding with my wife who had difficulty speaking or writing at the time. She made our live...s easier during my wife's final years in this world.

My now deceased mother had two daughters. Through out our lives she strived to treat us equally. My mother told her right out she wanted both of us as her trustees/executors. She told my mother there could only be one. She made my mother cry as she believe that the law said only one could be named. ...She didn't no any different and neither did I. I have since found out there is no law as that it's just what this attorney recommends. I have now lost my sister because of the annimosity this caused and I can still see my mother tormented to have to decide this. LIAR! Plus she is way over priced! She also left things out and some things still had to go through Probate.
