During our “free” consultation she refused to even vaguely answer a few legal questions. After I told her I was not going to retain her today and needed to assess a few things further she said that we “wasted her time”. I will refrain from being negative except to say with that attitude I will not be... returning or referring her services to anyone.

I watched her interact with other residents at the nursing home that she has done business with, and there was truly a "family" relationship between all of them.
