Manda L. Danieleski

Manda was recommended to me in regards to taking wrongful termination cases. Our first phone call was her gathering information about my case, the second phone call mirrored the same because she forgot. I paid her basically to get my files from my employer. She did not schedule an appointment or try ...to hear me out professionally. I'm am utterly disappointed with her services. She did not even try to work with me and I was very patient and respectful.

During consultation she barely looked at any of the information I had to present and I felt she did not believe what I had told her. She originally did not charge me consultation fee but because I persisted as i believed in my case she then charged me the consultation fee. Would never give me a strai...ght answer about whether she even thought I had a case. I finally gave up.

Employment I basically I gave her my paid file and just of my case in person verbally. What happened is true and she just gave up on me after I paid her my first fee. Dog bite-she found the owner of the home which was renting it out. She couldn't find the renters name and told me she dropped my case ...and that she didn't want me to fight for it with another attorney. I still have the right to sue but what a waste of my time not to still fight during the mean time. I didn't notice I should still fight for my case until she dropped my employment case a bit later. I feel she took advantage of a disabled unemployed citizen.
