I was referred to her office by my other attorney. My first phone interview was set up by her assistant. I was ready for the call and I never got the call. I proceeded to call her office the next day and had my interview at that time. The second phone meeting, also was set up by her assistant. I wa...ited an hour and a half after our set time and had to call her office myself again. I politely informed her this was the 2nd time something of this nature has happened and just wanted to clear the air so it didn't happened again. She was very short with me, she said her secretary and herself aren't on the same page. I said it was okay, just letting her know it was not the first time this had happened. Today I received a letter of her stepping down and closing her file on my case and for me to seek another attorney. No other follow call, just shut down. This is very unprofessional, I know we are all busy but a set time is set for a reason and I should have received the follow up phone calls explaining why the appointment times were missed. This is a set back in my case now. I do not recommend her as n attorney.

During consultation she barely looked at any of the information I had to present and I felt she did not believe what I had told her. She originally did not charge me consultation fee but because I persisted as i believed in my case she then charged me the consultation fee. Would never give me a strai...ght answer about whether she even thought I had a case. I finally gave up.

I had a difficult case that almost no other lawyer would accept to take on. When I contacted Manda I immediately got a response. I was called in to explain the context of my case and though it was difficult to prove she took it on. She was very knowledgeable and well informed of the law. When we were... in court she "ate them alive". THANKS.I appreciated all the help you gave me and how you worked with me as far as my limited finances.

Very promt in responding to my questions no matter how big or small they are, she took my case after talking to numerous ones that wanted nothing to do with it. I don't even know the outcome yet but that will not change my view of Manda and her services, professionalism, caring and believing in me a...nd my case. I would recommend her to anyone that needed help in her field of work. I am very thankful she was recommended to me, and to have her in my corner..Thanks so much Manda and keep on helping people...People like her are hard to come by...
